Doing a shout-out to the Morgan Winery and Jody Jackman and the 2016 Cotes du Crow’s red blend of Grenache, Syrah and a smidge of Tempranillo, lovely, bright, fresh, elegant, 2016 vintage, check out my blog in 2012 here with Jody and us tasting the 2008 Syrah, enjoyed last night with a Blue Apron meal featuring Tilapia, it paired beautifully, Tilapia and lemon-caper sauce, yum together!

tasting the 2016 Cotes de Crow's red blend of Grenache, Syrah, and a smidge of Tempranillo, 50+ % of Syrah, with a lue Apron dish Tilapia and a lemon-caper sauce, the combo was fab, the wine bright silky, lovely, not heavy, rich and full and so pleasing, no taste of alcohol until later after the meal sipping it, from Monterey, California, a big winner! thanks Jody Jackman for getting me the corkscrew with my name on it! love it, use it, read my blog on Morgan Syrah here in 2012, the 2008 vintage! cheers all, surviving Covid19 still here, staying alive!
